The actual charge is based on quantity and is a stepped scale. The charge is capped at 3 items, after this the charge does not change.
Customers who wish to use the services of worldwide courier services may be charged an additional handling fee.
If any items you receive from us are not to your satisfaction we will be happy to discuss a return or exchange. All goods have been subject to store abuse, and the packaging may show signs of this. The items purchased should be in perfect of near perfect condition however. If an item is returned and in our opinion there is a fault then an exchange or a refund will be made. A refund will be made assuming the goods are in the same condition as they were received. We cannot accept any liability for goods returned by a customer that are lost or damaged in transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to reclaim any duties paid on goods, which are returned, for a refund.
New Zealand Post covers compensation for loss or damage up to NZ$250. The buyer should arrange for additional insurance if the purchase exceeds this amount.
